CueCatalog (operated by Juan Ignacio Espinosa, CUIT 20-26274519-9, Argentina) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. What we collect

When you license a track, your email address and payment details are collected by Paddle.com, our payment processor and merchant of record. CueCatalog does not receive or store your card details directly. We also use standard, privacy-respecting web analytics (Cloudflare) to understand basic site traffic — no personal profiles are built from this data.

2. How we use it

Your email is used to deliver your licensed files and any communication related to your purchase. Analytics data is used only to understand how the site is used, in aggregate.

3. Sharing

Your information is shared with Paddle.com to process payment and verify your purchase. We do not sell your information to third parties.

4. Retention

We keep transaction records as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under Argentine law.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal information by writing to sync@cuecatalog.com.
