Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

CueCatalog is a curated music licensing catalog operated by Juan Ignacio Espinosa (CUIT 20-26274519-9), Argentina. These terms apply to any license purchased through cuecatalog.com.

1. What you're buying

Each purchase grants a license to use a specific track under the terms of the tier you select (Standard, Commercial, or Exclusive), as described on the Licenses section of the site at the time of purchase. Licenses are non-exclusive and perpetual unless you purchase an Exclusive license, in which case the track is removed from further sale in the catalog going forward.

2. Ownership

All music in the catalog is composed and owned by the composer. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the track within the scope of your chosen tier — it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying composition or recording to you, except where explicitly agreed in writing for a specific Exclusive license.

3. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment processor and merchant of record. Prices are listed in USD. Licensed files are delivered digitally by email shortly after your payment is confirmed.

4. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw audio files themselves, claim authorship of the composition, or use a track outside the scope permitted by your license tier.

5. Liability

Tracks are provided as digital goods, delivered as-is. To the extent permitted by law, CueCatalog's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that license.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina.
